One of the great things about a blog is that the content is always changing. Not only because there is always something new to read, but because if you’re looking for something that isn’t there, it is quite possible to get it added.

While most websites have a contact page that allows you to get in contact with whoever is behind the site, with most static sites, the only inquiries that are likely to get a response are customer service and sales inquiries. If you send a message using a contact form to the owner of a static site asking for a new feature or article to be added to the page, you will rarely get a response and it’s even less likely for your request to be satisfied.

However, with blogs, if you were to do this, you will likely get a very timely response and your request will be met in a relatively short amount of time. I’m not sure if this is because the people behind the static sites are too busy to accommodate everyone’s wishes, if bloggers are too eager to please, or if it’s just that much extra hassle to change static sites, but in my experience this is just the way it is.

Having said that, if there is something you are wondering or would like to know or a post that you would like to see added to this site, contact me and let me know. If there is some aspect of something on this blog that you would like to know more about or something that needs more clarification, don’t be afraid to ask.

One thing that will often happen when a person is writing on a given topic over a period of time (especially if it is a topic he or she is familiar with) is that the writing may begin to get too technical for someone new to that particular topic. For example, bloggers and web developers might talk about plugins, scripts, and RSS while archery enthusiasts might discuss arrow spine and anchor points.

To someone familiar with these activities, these terms are as familiar as mentioning a TV remote or seatbelt but to someone unfamiliar, you may as well be talking in a foreign language.

I am going to make no attempt to avoid technical terms (of whatever topic I happen to be writing) or language that may be confusing to the uninitiated, but if there is something that you don’t understand or would like some clarification on, don’t leave confused. Contact me or leave a comment and don’t be afraid to ask. Also, if there is a question you would like to ask or something you want to know about any of the topics on this site, do the same.

I’m sure most other bloggers would agree that having a blog is as much a community interaction and conversation as it is a personal website and they would be more than happy to answer any questions you have or provide any clarification you may need. Don’t be afraid to contact the owners of the blogs you’re reading.

So, what would you like to read on this site?
