So I checked my WordPress dashboard today and saw that I had an incoming link from Blogging The Movie and I think to myself, “What is that sneaky bastard up to now?†because I didn’t even think he knew I existed. I have only been to that site once or twice and as far as I know he has never been to mine.

Well, the title of the link is Blogger Rookie of the Year and when I followed it, I learned what is going on. The post that it links to has a list of blogs that were started in 2007 and anyone can vote on them by simply leaving a comment as to who they wish to vote for.

Somehow, I happened to get included on the list and am listed as number 32. I think it would be really sweet to win this honor and want to encourage all of you (even though many of my readers are on the list and could vote for themselves) to vote for me.

To help encourage this, anyone who votes for me will get a mention and linkback in my following Thursday evening post, and voting runs until December 31. I will try and make your mention somewhere around fifty words long, no promises on that though. Also, I may come up with another way to sweeten the deal as well. I hope this won’t be considered unethical or buying votes or anything like that….
