The video does speak for itself, I would just prefer a sentence or two so that I would know what to expect. Giving your take of why you chose to post it on your blog would be another good option.

I've never really played with Ubuntu, but I am a fairly big fan of Debian (which Ubuntu is based on) and think Linux is an excellent alternative. If you figure out how to sync with the iPAQ let me know (as you may have read, I have an iPAQ as well). Maybe we will need to collaborate a bit to get something setup for iPAQ synchronization in Linux.

I wonder how many people are actually going to install OSX on their PCs.

Thanks for the link, Nick. I think Ubuntu is a great OS for anyone that wants to get away from Windows. So far the only problem I've had is syncronizing with my iPaq PDA, but I know it is possible given enough time :P

Have you heard that it's now possible to install the latest version of OSX on a PC? I'm no fan of Apple, but if every major OS will be available to the general public to install on their home PCs, then Microsoft might just feel the need to give us a new version of Windows that doesn't require a supercomputer.
