Umm … huh?

I’m not sure whether this is a puzzle that I should be solving, or something more sinister

But, since a picture is worth a thousand words:

There was no relief from the bright sun on the warm afternoon, so I reached for my trusty shades. My neck was bent to hold the cell phone as I chatted with Tom and mindlessly worked to solve the Rubick’s cube in my hand.

We didn’t discuss anything, really. It was just another of the many pointless conversations we’ve had over the years.

Finishing the puzzle, I ended the conversation with my good friend and went inside. The clock read 4:55, which meant the wife would be home soon.

Time to start dinner.
