RSS FeedIn an effort to expand my horizons and to get more variety in my weekly link love posts, I am offering this opportunity for my readers to submit posts for me that they feel would be worth linking to.
While it is OK to submit your own posts for consideration, abuse of this form may cause me to remove it from this site. Please don’t submit every post you read or write and try to avoid the more generic posts you find. Aside from that, the submissions can be amusing, humerous, informative, or anything that you feel is worthwhile and may be of interest to the masses.
As for a brief explaination of the form, the first three lines are for your information (your name, email address, and website URL) with only the first two being required so that I know who you are and can email you if I have any questions. If you don’t have a website or would rather not share it with me, feel free to not enter it’s URL. However, having this information will make me more likely to pay you a visit and perhaps become a subscriber to your site.
The last three bits of information are related to the post you are submitting. I would like to know the title of the post as designated by the author. This will make it easier for me to sort through them and choose the ones that I want to include. Also, as the number of submissions increase, if the title of the post is not included in the email I may not even bother to click through to read it. The URL of the post you are submitting is required for obvious reasons, and I also require some input (even if just a sentence or two) as to why you think I should include this post in my weekly round-up. If you can’t think of anything to put there, perhaps the post isn’t worth submitting to me after-all.
