I know I haven’t posted much in the realm of ham radio lately, but this is mainly because I haven’t hardly had any of my radios on lately. However, I do have several posts relating to radio planned to write over the next month or month and a half.

As you may know, I am currently waiting (somewhat patiently) to get a Kenwood TM-D710. When I am able to get that, I will also be getting a Yaesu FT-857D. These will both be installed into my Blazer.

I will be doing some documenting of the installation process in the form of at least one post and then after I have used them a bit, they will each get a review as well. If you have been saddened by the lack of ham radio information lately, I apologize but hope to make up for it in the next month or so.

I still have one more copy of “The ARRL Ham Radio License Manual” to give away too! I’m just not sure what I’m going to make you do to get entered yet.
