What do you get when two guys decide to take a bicycle trip across the United States and collect jokes along the way?

No joke here, but there will be a book.

Jokes Across America is the journey of two guys who grew up in Evanston, IL that decided to take a bicycle trip from Portland, Oregon to Charleston, South Carolina and collect jokes along the way.

At the end of the trip, they plan to compile the jokes in to a book. Along with following the path of their journey, you can also take a look at the jokes they have collected along the way.

If you’ve got a few minutes, check out their site and see what you think of their adventure. Why not take a moment to laugh a little with a joke or two? If you’re worried that this is too far from the world of blogging, there are technically two blogs on their website. Both are run from the same WordPress backend and one features the jokes and the other is a journal of their adventures.
