It appears that this can take anywhere from less than a day up to 7 days (but no longer than 7 days) and when the process is completed, the money is transferred into the borrower's bank account. This is just what I have found in the Prosper FAQs. I personally don't have any experience on the borrowing side of things so can't say for sure.
