Some time ago, I read one of the many posts in the blogosphere stressing the importance of headlines. As a part of this post, the author assigned headlines to different bloggers and encouraged them to use that headline in a post. I liked the idea and have been kicking it around in my head since reading it and have decided to do my own version of this same post.

The topic of post titles and headlines and their importance has been nearly beaten to death so I’m not going to replicate that portion of the post, however, below I have created a list of headlines and assigned them to the authors of blogs that I read on a regular basis. Some of these I just made up and others were inspired by or pulled from other sources. Also, some of these sites have not had much activity lately so maybe this will get some people to start posting again.

If a headline has been assigned to you, please try to write the post over the weekend and let me know. My evening post on Monday will be a compilation of links to posts that were written as a participation of this little game. Also, if you write a post with the headline/title that I put below, tag me back with a title for a future post on this site. Let’s make a little game/meme out of this and tag a few of your friends as well.
