Tag, I’m it! Ms. Danielle tagged me in a double-meme post but in the comments she said I could take my pick if I did the first, second, or both of them.

I have decided to do only the first one because I think the second one would take a lot of thought to truly answer and it would be kind of depressing to think about. So, on to the meme.

The meme is titled “four food questions” but actually has five questions within it.

1. How do you like your eggs cooked? Any special ingredients? (Technically, this is two questions.)

While I do like a ham and cheese omelet from time to time, will eat a hard-boiled egg on occasion (usually around Easter time), and eat scrambled eggs (with or without cheese) once in a while, most of the the eggs I eat are fried. When frying eggs, I might have them over easy if I plan to have some toast with them and eat it for breakfast. However, more often than not I cook them over hard and and eat them between two slices of buttered bread and have them for lunch or a snack.

2. What is your favorite cold sandwich, made on two pieces of bread?

Hmmm, this is a tough one. There are so many choices and I don’t really eat cold sandwiches very often. Usually, if I have a sandwich, it’s either a fried egg sandwich (as described above) or grilled cheese. As far as cold sandwiches go, I would have to list a few different ones. They would be peanut butter and jelly, peanut butter and honey, or a ham sandwich consisting of bread, butter, ham, and occasionally cheese.

3. What is your favorite pie?

I’m not a huge pie fan, but I almost never turn down a piece of French silk pie, how could you it’s all chocolate, sweet, and sugar.

4. Name one food you refuse to eat and why?

Well, I’m a pretty picky eater so I could come up with a pretty long list here, but if I can only list one I might have to go with celery. I never really liked it to begin with and the last time I tried to eat it I threw-up.

I don’t think I’ve ever posted a meme on this site before and I must say that it was kind of fun. It’s really exciting that Danielle tagged me in it…now if I could just get her to like my blog or consider me a friend :D .
