After several months of working on it, I am finally announcing the launch of “Find Low Book Prices” which is a site where you can compare the price of books across several online retailers to be sure that you are getting the best deal.

I always find it harder to write the first post after a lapse in posting than almost any other post on this site.

In this month’s housekeeping post, we recognize the ten most active commentators from February, and take a look at the progress that is or isn’t being made towards reaching the goals I’ve set for 2009.

I recently changed an email address on my server and in doing such learned a fair amount. At the very least, I want to share some of the tips I picked up along the way as well as provide a bit of a guide for someone else who may be trying to do the same thing.

If you’re changing settings, configurations, or doing just about anything with a computer (especially a Linux machine) and things are not going the way you think they should, don’t forget to look in the .log to see what is going on. You might be surprised at what a help that file can be.

If you’ve ever wanted a way to make PDF files on your computer without having to pay for something to give you that functionality, PDFCreator may be just the utility you’re looking for. It appears to install as a printer and can create documents from any program that is able to print.

I have recently been wondering what some of my readers use for reasoning and/or justification behind the avatars that they choose to use in the comments of their sites. This site has been running MyBlogLog almost since inception, but perhaps it is time for a change?
