I’m not sure if he is trying to recognize them for their hard work and dedication or just simply get some attention himself, but Enkay is attempting to compile a list of at least 50 female bloggers, but would really like to get a list of 100 female bloggers.

I am posting about it here in an effort to help him compile this list. If you know of any female bloggers, you can nominate them through his post announcing his intentions. Well, it doesn’t really announce his intentions, but it does announce that he wants to compile the list and is looking for submissions.

I must admit, this does seem like a pretty good idea in terms of link-bait as well as something that will help to give female bloggers recognition in what is largely a male dominated field. While I don’t know of any top male blogger lists, it seems the top blogger lists are generally filled with males.
