You try to make a nice blog, work hard on it. You want to be fair and add do follow to your blog, and the first thing you get is 10,000 SPAM comments. If at least, they would write a little useful comment on the blogpost, they can keep the free no follow link. But no way! They need to write something really obvious spammy and get kicked out. What's the point? Or is that Indian SEO? SPAM is so annoying. You try to make a nice blog, work hard on it.
